CLASS BBQ CUM GATHERING!

hi class.

basically, this post is about the class bbq cum gathering.
actually, nicholas and i had discussed about it and we actually thinks that we can actually use the bbq pit in school for our gathering.
this is because we do not have an ntuc card so it will be very expensive for us to book a chalet/bbq pit at downtown including our food.
thats why, by renting bbq pit in our school will be a much better choice as we save more and it is somehow convenient for everyone. but, i still need everyone's opinion as this is a class gathering.
another thing is that, since mid sem test is coming next month, we will actually organize the gathering after the mid sem test so that everyone can have fun and relax.

HELLO 1E03s!

This is regarding the chalet that we are suppose to have this coming Thursday (3/9/09).

We have some problems regarding the charges as none of us have the NTUC member card so it will be more expensive for us to pay. Hence, the committee and i have decided to either having bbq at somebody's house or postpone the chalet to a later date.

Hello 1E03s!

Remember the chalet that we have decided to organize for the holidays? There's some progress.

We have set up voting system for you guys to vote on the dates that you want the chalets to be on. And our final result is September 3-4 (Thursday-Friday). There's availability at Costa Sands Resort(Downtown East). But the thing is that, can anyone help to book the chalet first?

MEETING VENUE AND TIME!

With regards to monday's dinner, the venue and time to meet have been confirmed.

meeting venue: Hougang, the bus stop opposite Hougang Plaza.
meeting time: 530pm.

The reason why we are meeting at Hougang is because:
1)There's straight bus there to CHOMP CHOMP.
2)Easier for those who lives at Tampines to meet the rest as there's straight bus from Tampines to Hougang.

Those who lives at Tampines area will meet Xue Bin at Tampines Interchange first so its easier. Please contact Xue Bin at: 96280234.

For those who lives at the North-East side, 74, 112, 113, 119, 136 and 147 goes to the bus stop opposite hougang plaza or you can take a train to Hougang station and walk over to the bus stop. (see map attached.)

For those who lives at Toa Payoh, i think its better for you to meet us striaght at CHOMP CHOMP since there's a straight bus from there to CHOMP CHOMP. If you want to meet us at the bus stop opposite Hougang Plaza, you will have to transfer buses. You can take 73 from Toa Payoh Interchange to CHOMP CHOMP. Please reach there around 545pm to 6pm.

FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT!

DINNER AT CHOMP CHOMP(serangoon garden)!

i know this thing has been delaying and delaying because we cannot settle on the date.
well, as you know, the available week will be next week(25th May to 29th May) or the second week of JUNE(8th June to 12th June).

this is the earliest dates that i can find as we will be having our mid semester tests on the FIRST week of JUNE(1st June to 5th June). so i assume everyone needs to study, right?
